If you want to say
                  - Hello, I am Jean / My name is Jean 

Formal-    안녕하세요, Jean 입니다. /  제 이름은 Jean입니다
                ( annyeonghaseyo , Jean ibnida ) / (Je ireumeun Jean ibnida)

Polite-     안녕하세요, Jean 이에요 / 제 이름은 Jean 이에요
               (annyeonghaseyo Jean ieyo ) / (Je ireumeun Jean ieyo) Informal-  안녕하세요, Jean 이야 / 내 이름은 Jean 이야
                 (annyeonghaseyo Jean ieya ) / (Nae ireumeun Jean ieya)             

               -I am American / I am from American
Formal-  저는 미국사람입니다. /  저는 미국에서 왔습니다.
             (Jeoneun migug-saram ibnida)/ (Jeoneun migug-eseo wassseubnida)

Polite-   저는 미국사람이에요. / 저는 미국에서 왔어요
            (Jeoneun migug-saram ieyo)/ (Joeneun migug-eseo waseoyo)

Informal-  미국사람이야. / 미국에서 왔어.
              (migugsalam-iya) / (migug-eseo wass-eo)

How to reply to thank you in Korean

you can say you're welcome in so many ways as it depends on the person you are talking to 

1- If you are talking to a friend or a younger person you will say (Informal) -
아니야 (aniya)/ 천만에(cheonmane)/  괜찮아 (gwaenchana)
2- If you are talking to an older person you will say (Polite):
아니에요 (anieyo) /
천만에요 (cheonmaneyo) / 괜찮아요 (gwaenchanayo)
3- If you you want to say it in a( formal )way you will say :  아닙니다 (animnida)
